1. Shipping Locations
We offer shipping to both domestic (United States) and international destinations. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
2. Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation of payment. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Custom Orders: For custom or personalized items, additional processing time may be required. You will be notified if your order falls under this category.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of the order, and the chosen shipping method.

- Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination. International shipments may take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days.
- Additional customs, duties, and taxes may apply, and these fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain international and domestic shipments. Please provide a valid physical address when placing your order.
- LuxuryEstateTopUni is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
6. International Shipping and Customs
- Customs Duties & Taxes: For international shipments, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are payable upon delivery.
- Customs Clearance: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
7. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, certain factors such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, shipping carrier delays, or customs processing may lead to unexpected delays. LuxuryEstateTopUni is not liable for any delays caused by these circumstances.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@luxuryestatetopuni.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, if applicable, reshipping your order.
- Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will assist you in processing a return or exchange.
